JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For directing the concern respondent to hold the counseling of the petitioner for the post of lady supervisor (Anganwari Service) under the integrated child development services, against the vacancies notified and application invited vide memo no. 1513 dated 24.07.2019.
(ii). For directing the concern respondent to issue appointment letter in favour of the Petitioner, for the post of lady supervisor (Anganwari Service) under the integrated child development services, as the persons having lesser point in the merit list have been appointed on the said post.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12984 of 2023(2) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 (iii). For directing the concern respondent to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of lady supervisor (Anganwari Service) under the integrated child development services, with effect from the date, on which other ladies, having lesser point than the petitioner, have joined the said post.
(iv). For directing the concern respondent to grant consequential benefits to the petitioner accruing on account of aforesaid appointment and joining."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
