2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 256 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of chain snatching.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.4.2024 and he is accused in 11 more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a professional chain snatcher, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
