2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that with regard to the subject matter under consideration there is a case already going on before Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur bearing U.C. Case No.06/2023-24, which he prays may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

4. To this limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for Bhagalpur Municipal Commissioner does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur to conclude/decide U.C. Case No.06/2023-24 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from today.

6. The Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur is also directed to ensure the presence of respondent no.6 & 7 i.e. Om Prakash Mehta and Chitranjan Kumar Singh respectively in U.C. Case No.06/2023-24. However, if the respondent no.6 & 7 do not appear in the proceeding to contest the case even after
