The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 & 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that he got information that some persons have assembled for committing crime. On such raid was conducted. The criminals made firing but the informant providentially escaped. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 08.03.2015 and he has already remained in jail for about six months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39013 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
