This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Spl. Case No. 82 of 2017 arising out of Sigori P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 for offences under Sections 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused, similarly situated, Chhote Choudhary, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order, dated 15.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8749 of 2018 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
