Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10264 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Gaya, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62413 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 (Rs. Two thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar The order dated 06.04.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
