ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.1.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Shivhar, Sitamarhi, in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 277 of 1992 directed the Opposite Party No. 3 to compensate the loss and damage to the tune of Rs.5,000/- only, which was required to be enhanced by this Court. On going through the facts of the case, I do not find any reason for doing so.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
