2. The petitioners who apprehend arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 25/2025 lodged on 16.01.2025, for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against nine named accused persons. It is alleged that all the accused persons came to the house of the informant,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. It is further submitted that, in connection with the same date of occurrence, two criminal cases have been lodged one earlier by the petitioners' side and the other subsequently by the informant's side. The dispute did not arise from any pre-existing enmity but appears to have resulted from a sudden scuffle between both parties. Learned counsel also submits that, in the case lodged by the petitioners' side, they have suffered grievous injuries, whereas the injuries sustained by the informant's side are simple in nature. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have clean criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30,000/- ₹ (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each, as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Biraul, in connection with
