1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail, the Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

3. However, in the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 30.08.2023, the learned Trial Court shall dispose of the case on the same date keeping in mind the fact that petitioner is a senior citizen and allegation is of assaulting Manoj on head when the petitioner's son-in-law Kamlesh was shot by Dhananjay for which Kamlesh has instituted an FIR.
