ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 10.07.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.II, Bhagalpur, in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2001/T.R.No.17 of 2005 by which he affirmed the judgment and order of conviction dated 09.02.2001 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Naugachia, in G.R. No.286 of 1996/Tr. No.322 of 2001.
Having gone through the judgment impugned, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, in view of the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, his sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
In the result, the revision application is dismissed but
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.930 of 2006 dt.05-04-2016 2/2 with modification in sentence.
