The informant herself stated in her fardbeyan as well as in her statement, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. that the entire occurrence took place at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and petitioner continued his physical relation with her for near about one and a half years and after that, she lodged the present case at Arwal district.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S.
