Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite unutilised leave having been sanctioned to the tune of Rs. 40,990/-, the same has not been paid to him while the remaining dues have been paid during the pendency of the writ application. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 6 and 8 to ensure that actual payment is made to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of the order before them in terms of
