2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 524 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st class Bagha, West Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
