Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the appellant as he has already been taken into judicial custody in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POA) Act, Darbhanga. Permission is accorded.
