ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 26.05.2006 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda, in Cr. Appeal No.04 of 2006, by which he has reduced the sentence imposed upon the Petitioners by judgment and order of conviction dated 30.01.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, in G.R. Case No.1273 of 2005/Tr. No.1470 of 2006.
Having gone through the impugned judgment, we do not find any merit in this revision application.
However, in view of the period of custody undergone by the Petitioners, their sentence is reduced to one already undergone by them.
In the result, the revision application is dismissed but
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.681 of 2006 dt.05-04-2016 2/2 with modification in sentence.
