JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be driver of the tractor which was seized with 100 bags of rice and on the basis of disclosure, made by the petitioner, 300 bags of rice were recovered from godown of the co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari.
