JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 369 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354 (B), 504, 506, 34 and later on 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, 5 named accused persons entered into the house of the informant. They caught hold of father-in-law of the informant and dragged him to the Bajrangbali Sthan, where the petitioner inflicted repeated lathi blows on her father-in-law. He died during course of treatment and Section 302 of the IPC was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he inflicted deadly blows on the head of the deceased resulting into his death. He is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
