ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks Revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 19.12.2005 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 17 of 2000 by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I am unable to find any irregularity and, hence, the application stands dismissed.

However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
