Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,409,420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is ready to deposit the due amount to the B.S.F.C., Buxar within six months of his release from the custody in installments.

In the circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail for six months from the date of his release on execution of surety bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhansoi Police Station Case No.113 of 2016.

No.9136 of 2018 (2) dt.16-02-2018 The learned court below shall monitor the conduct of the petitioner in depositing the installments and if the learned court below would be satisfied in continuous three months that no amount has been deposited by the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner before the expiry of the aforesaid period of six months. If the petitioner would not deposit the entire amount within six months, the learned court below shall not confirm the provisional bail. (Birendra Kumar, J) Nitesh/- U T
