JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Both these applications arise out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.127 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, as such, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

It is alleged that the accused including the petitioners is to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34159 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 have arranged forged bail bond and the petitioners were also members of the gang assembled under a Pipal tree.

It is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and in similar facts and circumstances, the co-accused Pradeep Rawat has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.29300 of 2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.127 of 2015 with the following conditions :

1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
