JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 7.3.2018, seeks bail in Uchakagaon PS Case No. 32 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was found missing as she did not return from the school, later on he learnt that Rahul Yadav, a co-villager, has enticed her away, when he went to the house of Rahul Yadav, his father, the petitioner, said that if he had taken the girl he will inform.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement and the petitioner is father of the boy so he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manshi Chaudhary @ Munshi Chaudhary @ Manshi Chaudhre is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon PS Case No. 32 of 2018.
