2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 432 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2023. There is recovery of 233 litres of foreign liquor from his possession and he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and clean criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this application for regular

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 432 of 2023.
