The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 14.11.2005 passed by the second Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Appeal No. 96 of 2001. Perused the impugned Judgment and I do not find any irregularity and, hence, the revision is dismissed. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid observation, the application stands dismissed.
