Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No. 122 of 2019.

The informant Chandrashekhar Prasad lodged the present FIR, alleging therein that the accused persons including the present petitioner were involved in kidnapping of his minor daughter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prior to lodging of the present case, the informant has already lodged Sathi P. S.Case No. 12 of 2019 with the same allegation, in which the victim rendered her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. and in her statement she has categorically denied the factum of kidnapping and she has stated that she, with her own sweet will, went with the present petitioner to Bangalore. In that case, final form was submitted and thereafter the present case has been lodged by the father of

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No.122 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
