JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The first information report has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition and the content of complaint petition reflects that the informant was in physical relation with the petitioner much prior to her marriage and furthermore, the compliant petition reflects that the complainant solemnized her marriage with another person but even then she continued her physical relation with the petitioner as a result she became pregnant and the aforesaid pregnancy got aborted by the petitioner without her consent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37631 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S.Case No. 04 of 2015.
