The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the wife of the informant in her chest and left hand. It is submitted that the injury found on the left hand was found to be simple in nature but the opinion with regard to the injury found on the chest was kept reserved but it has also come that the injury found on the chest was simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 14.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39119 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015.
