Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending his/their arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2020 arising out of G.R. No. 6815 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of Saloni Singh aged about 13

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5589 of 2021(3) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 years daughter-in-law of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against co-accused Pawan Kumar, who has love affair with the victim girl and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no active participation of the petitioners in the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his/their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2020 arising out of G.R. No. 6815 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
