SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2025 The present Civil Miscellaneous application has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by Civil Judge-I, Buxar, in Execution Case No. 57 of 1981 whereby and whereunder he has rejected the petition dated 22.10.2025 filed by the petitioner, seeking dismissal of execution proceedings since judgment debtor no. 2 had passed away on 04.09.2020 but no legal representative were ever substituted, further learned Court below has allowed the substitution petition dated 17.02.2025 filed by the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to argue this case for want of any knowledge about this case.

3. Learned Trial Court has passed the impugned order in view of Order XXII Rule 12 and there is no merit in this case.
