Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S.Case no.327 of 2019 dated 9.5.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
FIR discloses the allegation of assault by the petitioners to the informant and others causing injury to him. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46634 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 attention towards the impugned order and has submitted that the impugned order itself show that there was an occurrence between the parties with respect to scuffle between the children of the parties and for that argument took place and moreover there is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure-3 series. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.Case No.327 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
