The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 333-C/2001, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband and his wife made allegation of demand of dowry. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for two months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Sudhanshu, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 333/C/2001.
