The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Bhabua) Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the first information report, during Jagran, free fight took place between the parties and in that occurrence, petitioner fired on the son of the informant which hit his neck. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner despite the fact that the parties have compromised the case each other. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
