JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 At the outset, it is submitted by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners that though the writ petition was filed for quashing the First Information Report of Biroul P.S.Case No. 13 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 504 of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 3(1) (r) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, during pendency of the writ petition, the police have completed investigation and submitted final form holding that the case is not true. He submitted that
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.254 of 2017(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 due to subsequent developments the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
