Petitioner claims to have worked as non-formal education instructor and is seeking absorption in Grade-IV post in the State Government in light of order passed in LPA No. 1489/2011.

Since no adjudication is called for by this Court, keeping the matter pending would be futile. The Writ application is disposed of so as to enable consideration of the petitioner's claim, to be similarly situated and entitle to benefits
