2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, on 25.06.2022 at 9.30 A.M., when the informant came to his e-rickshaw agency and opened shutter, he saw the computer set and Rs. 55460/- from the cash counter were missing and all the articles were scattered. Thereafter, he lodged the FIR against unknown person.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing was recovered from his possession. He was not arrested at the spot. He has further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The only

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
