2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.09 of 2024, arising out of Shahpur Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.101 of 2023 lodged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63590 of 2023.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2023 having one criminal antecedent.

5. Counsel further submits that progress report has been called for.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54434 of 2024(4) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 for bail and submits that the ground for rejection of bail application has already been assigned in the rejection order.

7. Counsel further submits that progress report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that prosecution witness is going on and three charge-sheet witnesses have to be examined.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
