2. A perusal of the order dated 28.06.2022 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 40 of 2021 would show that on the said date learned counsel for the petitioner had withdrawn the revision application and it was dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that any statutory remedy available to the petitioner against a future cause of action shall be available to him.

3. Since the revision application has been preferred against the same impugned judgment, this Court would not entertain the same, hence the reasons shown in the limitation petition are not cogent and sufficient reasons to condone the delay.

4. The limitation petition is dismissed. As a result of which the revision application itself fails.

5. Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy if any available to him.
