The petitioner seeks bail in Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 18/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Rajo Devi is said to have kidnapped the victim along with her two sons Pappu Das and Vijay Das. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion. Rajo Devi has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Mansur Chak P.S.
