The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S. Case no. 128/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 342, 353, 333 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted the police personnel and also tried to snatch arms and ammunitions. It is submitted that on account of murder of Shyamdeo Rai villagers made protest, but the police filed this false case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S.
