JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 A piece of land has been acquired by the respondents for construction of National highway. According to the petitioner, in the light of certain objection by respondent No.8, petitioner's co-sharer, the petitioner's amount of compensation against acquisition is not being paid without any valid reason. The petitioner is said to have filed a representation dated 21.05.2019 before the Land Acquisition Officer, but till date no action has been taken.

In the light of the grievance, which the petitioner has raised, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Sheikhpura, to take a decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.15136 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 on petitioner's representation, claiming compensation, which he is said to have filed on 21.05.2019 (Annexure-7), within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
