The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2015.
