The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhuban P. S. Case No. 335 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in the alleged offence in course of investigation, I am inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks
