Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, the petitioner reached at the ATM by motorcycle and thereafter demanded ransom from the informant. On non-payment of ransom, he took away the motorcycle of the informant. The said motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Hence, charge sheet submitted only under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017. For some other trivial dispute, false allegation is there. The petitioner has got no such criminal antecedent.

No.3080 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naugachia Rail Police Station Case No. 28 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
