Having regard to the fact that the investigation of Sour Bazar Police Station Case No.379 of 2013 is still pending, it is hereby directed that respondent No.5, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.668 of 2016 (3) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner.
Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, and Investigating Officer of Sour Bazar Police Station, Saharsa.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
