Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no.11 of this bail application.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.90 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(c), 25 and 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner has been arrested with 600 grams of smack. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in judicial custody on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52851 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, 1-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Madhepura, in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.90 of 2023. 6.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her presence in Udakishunganj Police Station, District- Madhepura on first Sunday of every month.
