JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody seeks bail in Narayanpur PS Case No. 10 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 506 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and it is a case of elopement as the girl was in love relationship.

Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that as per statement of the girl there was no love relationship rather it was unilateral from one side and she was forcibly kidnapped and the girl is also minor 15-16 years of age.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, circumstances and considering age of the girl and her statement the prayer for bail of the petitioner is presently rejected.
