Petitioner, already in custody since 13.12.2017, seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.657 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner along with his family members kidnapped the daughter of the informant when she was strolling in front of her house in the night. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and admitted that she herself went to the house of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rahul Kumar Rajak is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16506 of 2018(2) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.657 of 2017.
