The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 630/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was apprehended along with the stolen motorcycle. He is in jail since 07.08.2014. He has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S.
