Altogether a demand of Rs.17, 32, 453/- has been made upon the petitioner and out of that amount 20% has already been deposited by the petitioner while taking the benefit of privilege of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay the rest amount subject to the condition that the amount which is outstanding against the Corporation should

In such view of the matter, let the Certificate Officer examine the objection of the petitioner filed under Section 9 of the Act and decide the same in accordance with law. While adjudicating the objection, the authority concerned will keep in mind the outstanding amount against the petitioner and fix proper installments accordingly.

In the meantime, the order of distress warrant shall remain stayed.

It is made clear that if the petitioner would not cooperate with the disposal of the matter, this order will be treated to have been withdrawn.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is dispose of.
