The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one loaded country made pistol is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no recovery of any arms from the possession of the petitioner. One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of Pramod Yadav. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. Co-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46176 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.37658 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
