JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 30(A), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2016. The truck driver, namely, Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court on 24.04.2017 in Cr. Misc.No.15779 of 2017. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was taking the aforesaid truck from Sasaram to Mohania.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21180 of 2017 (3) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Buxar in connection with Patna E.O.U.
